I’ve never really done sports fanatically before. I didn’t have a healthy lifestyle either. I was the type of man with a serious belly, I wanted to change this. I had previously tasted CrossFit, so my choice was made. I signed up, trained about 3 times a week and let it happen.

After one month of training I ended up at Marlies, where I was weighed and followed up for the first time. My eating pattern was also seriously examined… After just a few weeks I felt the kilos disappear, my motivation (and ego) grew by the week. This interest that got out of hand became ‘a new way of living’. My kitchen cupboards started filling up with all kinds of healthy and natural foods. Proteins, eggs, coconut, avocados, chicken, etc… This new way of eating gave me a strong and energetic body again.
Meanwhile, I enter the eighth month fitter than ever with that relaxed feeling every time, one in which I keep challenging myself. Fifteen kilos lighter, a fresh mind, I recommend it to everyone!
