Group lessons

At CrossFit Moves in Antwerp we offer group lessons and the coaching is done by qualified CrossFit Level 1 and 2 coaches. Our methodology is authentic, real CrossFit.

But what is CrossFit now?

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program in which we combine exercises from gymnastics, athletics and weightlifting in one training. This takes exactly 1 hour and always takes place in a group under the guidance of an experienced coach. Everyone trains according to their pace and possibilities, but you are not alone!

Due to the wide variety of exercises and training forms, CrossFit is the best way to arm yourself and protect yourself against life’s challenges: a weak back, a heavy shopping bag, a well-functioning immune system,…

It does not matter whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete. In one training we not only tackle your fitness or strength, but we also work on mobility, resistance, explosiveness and coordination. All these elements make CrossFit your most fun and efficient workout!
